HOW DOES IT WORK?
The maintenance service starts with an inspection of your Sunshield systems. Everything is checked and, where necessary, small parts are immediately replaced and relevant components are lubricated. For repairs that cannot be rectified immediately, a new visit will be scheduled. In that case, call-out costs, travel hours, working hours, climbing equipment and materials used are taken care of by Sunshield.
In addition to performing the inspection and preventive maintenance, the slats, the underlying glass and frames are cleaned with osmosis water. The engineers bring a mobile filter system with them that converts ordinary tap water into osmosis water by means of a 3-stage process.
WHAT IS OSMOSIS WATER AND WHY DO WE USE IT?
Osmosis water is water from which all minerals have been removed. It is produced by forcing water under high pressure through a membrane. All minerals, viruses and bacteria remain behind this membrane.
This ensures that the water is free from any form of pollution and is extremely suitable for cleaning slats, glass and frames. After cleaning with osmosis water, no residue is left behind, so that the treated surface dries spot-free and without streaks.
Cleaning with osmosis water is also environmentally friendly, as the water easily absorbs dirty components, so that no other cleaning products such as soap and chemicals have to be used.
